HOW DO I CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER?
We ship most orders within 2-3 working days of the date they are placed.  If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hayden@haydenlasher.com, or call us at 646-684-4721.

 
HOW WILL I KNOW HAYDEN LASHER RECEIVED MY ONLINE ORDER?
Once you place an online order, we will provide you with a confirmation number and summary of your order.  In addition, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation information within 24 hours, feel free to call us at 646-684-4721, to confirm that we have received your order.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We currently accept orders using: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay and Discover.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?
We will be glad to exchange any new and unused merchandise.  Mail order packing slip or ship your item(s) to our Returns Department: 4295 San Felipe Suite 310 Houston, TX 77027

 Gift merchandise in new and unused condition may be exchanged for Hayden Lasher store credit.

 Merchandise must be unused, and returned within 30 days for an exchange.

 For items being sent to our Returns Department, please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip. You may ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers.
